1. How do I place a return/replacement/ request on Anaya?
If you want to return/replace a product on Anaya, please follow these steps:

Call us on +91 9725101610(Monday to Saturday, 09:30 till 18:30) or drop us an email at support@anayafashion.com.

2. How do I send a cancellation request to Anaya?
If you would like to cancel your order before shipping, please contact us by phone or email. Order cancellation requests will be processed within 24 hours. (If not shipped)

3. I paid cash on delivery, how can I get a refund?
If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, your refund will be credited to your bank account in either the form of E-vouchers and/or NEFT transfers.
For NEFT forwarding, you need the following information:

  • Bank Name
  • Account Holder Name
  • Bank Account Number
  • Branch Address
  • IFSC Code

4. I'm not able to place my order?
We apologize for any problems with your order. We will not cause any further inconvenience. So here are some options:

5. How long does it take to get a refund for my return?
It will take 5-7 business days for the refund request to be completed. For all prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account where the payment was made. Refunds for all cash on delivery orders can be made either in the form of E-vouchers, which can be used for future purchases on Anaya.com, or in the form of NEFT transfers to your bank account.

6. If I receive the wrong product, can I replace it?
We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive the wrong item, please submit a replacement request within 15 days of delivery of the item. You also have the option to choose a refund for your product.

7. Why was my order canceled by Anaya?
We apologize for any inconvenience. Your order may have been canceled for one of the following reasons:

  • If the product is out of stock or is discontinued
  • Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.

8. Will eVoucher expires?
All eVouchers expire 90 days after the date of issue.

9. Can I change the shipping address?
You can change the house number, building number, street number, and PIN code. These changes can only be made before the order is in the "pending" status.

10. What is Anaya's 15-day return policy?
Anaya offers the option to exchange and/or return products purchased at Anaya within 15 days of receiving your order.

You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied:

  • With the quality of the product
  • With the fitting of the product
  • Or if you receive a defective product

All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

11. Can I get an NEFT refund if I pay by credit/debit card or online banking?
NEFT refunds are only available for cash on delivery orders. If you pay by credit/debit card or online bank account, refunds will be processed using the same payment method.

12. What is the payment method for shopping at Anaya?
We accept the following types of payments:

  • Debit/credit cards or net banking of all major banks
  • Cash on delivery (COD)
  • E-voucher

13. What is COD (Cash On Delivery)? Are there any additional charges for COD orders?
COD refers to Cash On Delivery. It doesn't matter if you don't have a Credit/Debit card or online shopping is not your forte. Anaya offers you the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Just place your order and make a cash payment to our COD partner upon the delivery of your item.

14. Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc.) on items sold by Anaya?
No, there are no additional costs other than those listed on the product page. The total amount of the invoice will be displayed at the time of payment before completing the order. You can pay by credit/debit card, online banking, eVoucher, or cash on delivery. In case you opt for cash on delivery, you have to pay only the amount mentioned on the invoice (received at the time of delivery).

15. My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience. Visit the contact page on our website with transaction details. We will respond immediately. If we do not receive your money, of course, it will be refunded to your account.

16. Do I need to register to shop at Anaya?
No, you don't need to register to shop at Anaya. You can log in as a guest and make unlimited purchases.
However, we recommend that you create an account. This helps you save your details with us, and you don't have to enter your details every time you shop with us.

17. What should I do if I have a login problem?
If you're having trouble signing in, follow these steps:

  • Check your credentials. Your username is the email address you used to register. Make sure your web browser accepts cookies.
  • If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password.
  • In case the system is undergoing maintenance, please try logging in again after 30 minutes.
